New updates and fixes!

There have been two important updates that we would like you to know about:
1. News (Most Viewed) section has been updated to include the division by 24 hours / 7 days / 30 days and Max time.
2. Group policies improved to reflect group settings and group rules all-in-one message that is shown to the newly joined member.

This is really cool. I just joined yesterday. So far all I know how to do is vote but i am getting the hang of it.
